You could live a better life than you do.

I found myself using a lot of positive words to describe what’s happened and what comes next.

The stories don’t have to be complete; the journaling can be a feeling, an image, even just a word.

It was a beautiful weekend, three days of summer followed by two of fall.

The word that comes to mind is restored.

I feel a little like I’ve been living in fight-or-flight the last few weeks.

It took nearly two and a half years (and literally hundreds of new books).

It’s early enough in September that the weather is still seesawing between summer and fall.

I am beginning to suspect that I have an actual problem.

I literally forgot I had a blog until about three hours into my ultimately five-hour-long trip to the hair salon.

I’m taking a class called Dread and Fear for the second half of the summer, and, boy, does that feel fitting right now!!

I guess I lied last week.

Look at pretty things.

I was tidying my bookshelves a few days ago and the Refrigerator called.

I had some good reading and thinking time this week.

I’m going to be so real with you.

For the first time in a long time, I DNF’d a book just this past Friday.
